The Framingham project is the largest irrigation and lighting project that Iris has designed and installed to date. The irrigation system includes a 40-zone custom design, carefully engineered to provide optimal water coverage across the entire property while maximizing efficiency and plant health.

Each irrigation zone was customized based on the landscape layout, plant material, and sun exposure to ensure reliable performance, long-term system durability, and responsible water conservation.

In addition to irrigation, the property features a smart color-changing outdoor lighting system that allows the client to adjust lighting colors for holidays, special events, or everyday ambiance. The system was designed to maintain a clean and elegant look while offering full creative flexibility.
